Our Strategy for Providing Services

The strategy for providing services is compliant to ISO standards to work in close coordination with “Training Process Improvement”. This will be done by identifying critical core processes deployed in each course, establishing their internal and external linkages and interfaces, developing metrics for performance measurement and analysis and building around such processes a quality system which fully meets the requirement of clients with international standard.A key consideration in the training phase of each course wil lbe ensure that identification of trainee and client requirements is properly done and unique performance indicators are established to measure the effectiveness of training process. It will be ensured that deliverables as specified in the RFP are fully realized. This will be done by closely monitoring the system during it’s’ development and implementation phase. Drawing on the vast experience of Alreyadeh Institute services in consultancy and training, every effort will be made to establish such systems which are practical, flexible and facilitate greater customer facilitation and satisfaction. In the final phase of each proposal, the trainers and training coordinators will oversee its’ implementation and ensure it fully meets the requirements for eventual registration/certification.
